I've been feeling the need for more naps recently
I hope it's just the weather getting colder that's causing it
I gained a sore throat today
It's the beginning of a week of coughing sneezing and sniffling
Once again, I came into work not knowing it was a holiday, Veteran's Day
I generally only poop in the morning, right before a shower
I was shocked to discover bright red on the toilet paper
I can only hope it's from something I ate, and not my body falling apart from the inside
Maybe it's from the cold I've been fighting
or maybe an inside hemmerhoid popped
I'm trying to think of anything I ate that might be staining my poop red
More bloody poop this morning
I don't know ...
I'm not going to flush it in case somebody needs to figure out my cause of death
I got an email from TekSystems saying that I only had 45 days left on the job
I went into ITHQC to see if anybody else got the same notice
When I logged into the TekSystem website again, the end date had been pushed back to the end of next year
I drove up to Southfield to pay $700 for my house insurance
I tried to get snarky about paying thousands of dollars and getting nothing in exchange
I mentioned that I've NEVER made any kind of insurance claim
She said "good for you!"
I said "well, no, it's good for you"
I got another hospital bill in the mail for $2600
I went online to ask about it, and apparently it's normal to get a second bill
I need to call them up to get some answers
I've been pretty happy with the new water bottle that I've been using for my chocolate milk
I've been futzing with it to get the rubber seal to act right
But today, the seal came loose, and now I have a bunch chocolate milk spilled in my back pack
I'm going to have to get it cleaned at the laundromat
I dropped my phone for the last time today
The screen is half dead
I drove to the Verizon store and got another inexpensive phone
Luckily, I managed to get all my history transferred from my old phone
Unfortunately, the new phones do not have head phone jacks
I'll have to find a USB-C to headphone jack adapter for it
or go completely bluetooth
