I've noticed that my work shirts are getting a bit worn out
I was going to stop at GoodWill to get some inexpensive shirts
but I stopped at Marshalls instead
I haven't been in that store in forever
but I didn't remember it being so cheap looking
I did find a couple of shirts for just $30
I also stopped at GoodWill
I didn't feel like digging through their racks
I did find some old glass water bottles though
I felt something stuck in my teeth
I assumed it was a hard piece of food
I'd been trying to get it out with my tongue
I finally tried to floss it out
and took out a piece of tooth
It's my upper left side canine
"I thought we agreed..."
This is a super annoying phrase
We didn't agree to anything
You said what you wanted
and I gave some form of acknowledgement
I was out doing some yard work with my weed wacker
I smelled something burning
It turned out to be the electric motor over heating
It started smoking, so I decided it was time to throw it away
I was going to just put it in the trash can
but I was worried about it starting a fire in the can
so I dunked it in a bucket of water first
The Last Midnight Beer of the year
It's been surprisingly not-cold recently
I need more to do at work
I don't mind sitting around keeping myself entertained
but I'd prefer to feel that I'm earning my pay check
Recently, I've had quick jolts of feeling light headed
It feels a bit like when you stand up too fast
And last night, I got woken up by chest pains
I'm being reminded of a scene from Game of Thrones
The Hound had just stabbed a guy and said "you're shit at dying, you know that?"
My first thought was "well it's not as if he's had a lot of practice at it"
Got my oil changed this morning
They recommended I get my brakes and tires replaced
but I'm more inclined to wait for them to completely fail before getting them replaced
A disappointing Halloween
I did my usual setup of sitting on the porch and playing music
I can't believe how many people came around with out a costume on
