I made breakfast in a double boiler I had created
Before when I would cook hot cereal over the fire, it would burn the milk
So I took a larger pot and boiled water in it
Then I put the smaller pot with the cereal in the boiling water
The boiling water would never get above 212 degrees, and thus wouldn't heat the milk to any hotter than that
It takes a lot of concentration when cooking, but the breakfast comes out perfectly
I decided to wear a pair of pants while tubing, instead of my kilt
It rained for half the trip, but getting wet from above didn't bother me while I was also getting wet from below
It was cloudy all day, and no sun, so I didn't bother with sunscreen, and ended up with a soft tan
The river was running very fast, so nobody stopped to party, and we all got to the end early
I waited on the rocks near the end and watched parties go by
There were many fewer groups on the river than the upper river trip
I took a shower and a nap
It started raining, so I decided to sleep through it
I finally woke up at 2am
I decided to not watch a movie on the screen, but I did watch Avengers Endgame on the DVD player
I made some french fries, and I'm not sure why but they seem lower quality than when I cook them at home
I had a little naked time, as I watched the movie with my butt and balls hanging out
I really would have liked to take a walk around the area
I made breakfast and packed up the car
I was glad to see no traffic on the way back home
I forced myself to be a responsible adult, and unpacked the car instead of leaving it for later
The tent is still wet from the rain, so I set it up in the garage to dry it off
I'm thinking I will waterproof this tent as well
At the end of my street, there is an auto repair place
I took my car there to get my brakes fixed
I let them also fix a problem with my steering rod that was making a clunking noise
It cost me $1600, but I think it'll be worth it if I can keep this car for much longer
I have been avoiding spoilers about the Spiderman and Doomsday movies
I hadn't realized the Spiderman movie came out until full breakdowns showed up on Youtube
So I ran out to see it
I feel they would have liked to connect it more to the entire MCU, but most of the actors bowed out
The car was making a loose clunking noise whenever I went over a bump
I took it back to the shop for them to tighten up some bolts
It was a good day for sailing
I'd like to work out the pysics to figure out why it is harder to sail with the wind
Something causes me to tip backwards in the boat when I feel there should be enough force to pull the sail to the otherside
and it feels like the front of the boat is dipping down into the water
I had a good time sailing around the party area
Every person out there agrees that I'm the coolest guy out there with the best boat
but they're not at all excited to see me when I'm walking around the area with my boat in hand
I tie my shoes super tight
Then walk for miles
and wonder why my feet hurt
Annie had a family reunion type party
but it turned out to be more of a play date for children
I brought a whole bunch of discount donuts to share
Years ago, I grabbed a small quad-drone from Rocky's house
I tried to play with it, but the batteries weren't charged and it was impossible to control
I brought up the unclaimed property government websites, and showed that some of the family did have money waiting for them
I decided to stay the night and sleep in a one man tent I bought from Home Depot for $20
It was less than six feet long, so I had to sleep diagonally in it
It seemed to be a nice day for sailing, but rain was rolling through the area, so I decided against it
I've got some users that work the midnight shift
So I decided to come into work at 3am, to get them done
It felt good to leave at 12pm, and have the rest of the day to myself
I paid $1350 for my house taxes
Another 3am work day
All of my pants and jeans are getting worn out
So I spent the afternoon shopping for pants and jeans
Getting off of work so early on a friday makes it feel like a three day weekend
I bought some more reading glasses from Home Depot
The ones I bought before were +3.0, the strongest perscription
They're really useful for magnifying things really up close
but not great for reading a computer screen from a distance
I bought a couple more pairs, +1.25 and +2.5
The +1.25 are better for reading, but don't magnify as much
It's a good day for sailing
I got multiple compliments on my boat
I was flying my flags, and somebody commented on them for the first time
He knew that each flag stood for a letter, but not what it spelled out
I told him it says "SHOWMEYOURBOOBS" and he was shocked
My favorite muppet is Rolf the dog
He's a laid back piano player
The muppet I identify most with is Gonzo
He does whatever he likes, regardless of what other people think
I got a case of pink eye
