Got my oil changed this morning
I hadn't realized how many miles I'm putting on my car driving back and forth from mom's house
It's a 400 mile round trip
If I went there every weekend, I'd put 20000 miles on my car in a year
One trip to mom's is worth 80 commutes to work
I drove to mom's house to clean up the back yard again
I filled up the two garbage cans pretty quickly
so I used a bunch of the old storage containers to hold the waste while I wait to get more trash can space
I stopped for a burger and fries before driving home

It's a MOBA that Blizzard created
It's lost a lot of popularity over the years
I play it once a day, but only against the robots, not other people
There are 88 characters to play as, and I just got them all up to level 10
A lot of my towels are stained brown and yellow
Brown from the cocoa powder
and yellow from the tumeric
It looks like I've got piss and shit on them
I've noticed that I've got a verbal tick < br>
I'll say "i mean" when I'm about to explain something that I'm not certain of myself
e.g. "i mean, i don't think that's how it works"
I don't think it's a problem
but I don't like when my words might be ambiguous
I could train myself to not say "i mean"
but I can't find a replacement phrase
The job sent me out to LTP to replace a bunch of laptops
I'm glad to be out in the field doing my job again
Of course working with computers is the easy part
The people, Bruce, Kemani, and the users are the hard part
Apparently, after only sort of cleaning up mom's house
the city is trying to fine her for having her junk laying around the yard
Annie paid some crew $4000 to clean up her yard in one day
I went out there to see what they did, and tidy up a bit more
Most of the work was clearing the junk from behind the shed
and throwing away all of the cut branches

I'm a bit annoyed because I was looking forward to being the hero that cleaned up the mess
and everybody else has their own ideas about what is going to happen to the junk inside the house
First, I want to dig through and find stuff that I might want
then have a sale to sell of the rest of it
I'd rather not just dumpster it all
The landfills are full enough
It's Easter Monday (?) so I've got the day off from work
I noticed that weather is unusually warm, so I decided to do some yard work
I've noticed that my rock garden seems to be breeding mosquitos
and is over run with "weeds" (day lilies i think)
I pulled out all of the rocks, dug up the plants, added some fill dirt, then replaced the stones
Obviously not in one day, it took me most of the week
