In my backyard , there is a lamp post
The switch for the light is inside the garage
I bought a couple of interesting lights for it
On April 1st , I install the red and blue spinning light
April Fool's Day seems like a good time to do something a bit 'crazy'
and the colors are appropriate for the summer national holidays

and its warm light feels good during the cold nights
My un-popular opinions on people that have served in the army
I have no admiration for any kind of military
Army , Navy , Airforce
nor for any country's military
I also don't like people using the word "defense" when they are firing weapons
You cannot defend anything with a weapon
You can only defend with walls , shields , and body armor
All you can do with a weapon is kill or destroy before you are killed or destroyed yourself
I wouldn't say I'm defending myself against a bear or a mosquitto
I'm trying to kill them before they can eat me

So Trump got arrested for whatever he did
I haven't been paying attention
I just took it as obvious that he did some crime
He's an entitled rich person , of course he broke the law in some way
But I've heard some people say that they're looking for justice
I don't think that should be the point
When we put somebody in jail or issue a fine
That is society saying "you did something we don't like , and we're going to keep punishing you until you learn to stop acting that way"
So do you think a few years of jail time or a few thousand dollars is going to teach Trump that he should stop being an asshole ?

It's been unusually warm these past few days
I decided to have the first Midnight Beer of the year
I love warm nights sitting out on my front lawn
It's relatively dark (i really want to take out that street light)
I'm not consuming any media , so my mind is free to wander
I created a drinking game , take a sip when ever a car goes by
There are no screaming kids around , and any adult walking past is going to be something of a night owl too
Depending on the beer I'm drinking , I can get a good buzz going , and have almost fallen asleep in the chair
I would not be upset , if when my time comes , I passed away during a Midnight Beer
I've been enjoying a new self-insert fan-fiction in my imagination
In the Tensei Slime universe with 'ghost' , 'sprint' , and 'shield' powers
At some point I had to punish some slavers and rapists
It was easy for me to envision a lot of poetic justice by torturing their cock and balls
I kept coming back to the scene as came up with new ways of cutting crushing and burning their genitals
After that , I got into a relationship with an elf
but it was a lot harder to come up with ideas for stories of the two of us living together
Why is it so much easier for my mind to conjure scenes of pain and suffering
than for ideas about two people loving each other ?
I expect that the feelings of righteous vengence felt good
and I felt clever as I invented new forms of torment
But stories about two people co-habitating are relatively boring
4am this morning
I woke to the desperate squeaks of a dying animal
I assumed the cats had gotten ahold of a squirrel
I waited for the last sad squeak
tried to put it out of my head and go back to sleep
Then I smelled the unmistakable odor of a skunk
and it was so strong in the house that I couldn't get back to sleep
I was more upset by how this showed how un-airtight my house is
I went to see the Super Mario Bros movie
I thought of it as a video game movie
but I guess everybody else saw it as a kid's movie
If I was a movie critic , I might call it 'oddly paced'
I noticed that Princess Peach was the only female character in the movie
but they did go out of their way to make her a bad-ass , not just a damsel
I caught most of the easter eggs and references to the video games
but I may have missed some because I haven't played any of the newer games
This morning , I woke up with pain in my left shoulder
I think it's some sort of nerve pain

A back pack for carrying your child in during faires and events
The child can stand or sit
The container is a solid plastic bucket
The child stands on an open grate , underneath is a drip tray to catch spills or fluids
The back pack straps are adjustable for child growth , mostly to keep kid's head low to avoid collisions
Restraints to keep the kid from jumping out
During my shower this morning , at about 9am
The water pressure dropped to about half of its normal force
There is some work being done to the pipes , but the construction guys said it wouldn't effect my water
The pressure stayed low for a couple of days
I left a voicemail with the city's water department describing the problem
The pressure went back up that afternoon
Instead of bowls , I have several 32 ounce Pyrex measuring cups
They are large enough to hold my food , microwave safe , and measuring ingredients is easy
Today , I boiled two cups of water for some instant ramen
I typically heat the water for five minutes before putting the noodles in
then boil the noodles for three minutes at one minute intervals
I was about to pour in the flavor packet , when the cup shattered on the kitchen counter
